Responsibilities
1. Create Marketing Plans: Develop marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This involves researching, identifying our target audience, setting objectives, and planning how to achieve them.

2. Run Campaigns: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and traditional ads. Monitor budgets, timelines, and campaign performance

3. Monitor Results: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns using various tools and metrics. Report key findings and use this information to improve future campaigns.

4. Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize this information to inform our marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

5. Engage Customers: Develop strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. This includes responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and fostering a sense of community.

6. Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to help us meet our targets. Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with customers, and close deals.

7. Ability to Sell: Clearly communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients, demonstrating a strong proficiency in closing sales and consistently meeting targets. Selling and meeting sales targets are fundamental responsibilities of this role.

8. Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with our current clients by providing exceptional service and support.

9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to support marketing efforts. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.

10. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, tracking sales performance and providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field is required.

• Experience: Fresh from school or one year experience.

• Commitment: Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in marketing and sales details, combined with excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing tools and software, and experience with ERP systems is an asset.

• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and writing skills in both English and Swahili.

• Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
