Academic Qualifications
• University Degree or equivalent qualification from recognized university
• Working experience of at least 2 years as managerial position
Technical Skills/ Competencies
• Good knowledge of Banking business and its dynamics
• Computer literacy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and flexible attitude towards change and competition
• Conversant with Lake Zone Region markets
