Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They assess customer needs, provide repair/maintenance recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs/services.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions.
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Proficiency in service management software.
