JOB DETAILS:
Nature and Scope
The successful candidate will report to Operation Manager. He/She will be responsible for providing extension services to our client aiming at obtaining the best results in their agricultural produce.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide extension education and services to farmers on their farms in order to obtain the best production;
• Assist farmers to make better decision in order to increase agricultural production;
• Advice farmers on how to save on the farming equipment and procedures;
• Assist farmers to comply with standard set for the crop production;
• Advising farmers on crop quality control;
• Advise farmers to adopt good crop farming practices;
• Carry out any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
• At least two (2) years working experience in reputable Institutions/Organization.
• High degree of integrity;
• Good written and communication skills;
• Able to communicate in both English and Kiswahili;
• Should have computer skills.
