Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the service of food and drinks, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. They manage the dining area, supervise waitstaff, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff and bartenders.
• Ensure timely and efficient service of food and beverages.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in creating and updating menus and beverage lists.
General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
