JOB DETAILS:
ACCOUNTABILITY
KPI 1: Visibility and Blanding
• Prepare of mock-up for office branding
• Designing of user-friendly IEC Materials and Popularization of organization key
documents (Reports, Briefs and Polices)
• Popularize key documents into user friendly infographic reports (Donor reports,
Annual Reports, Research Briefs, Internal Polices etc.
• Internalize Plan International Branding Guideline to ensure consistency and quality of
produced materials
• Conceptualize and design all visual material, including e-flyers, brochures,
Infographic reports, website images, charts, posters, reports, newsletter templates,
promotional materials, and invitation cards etc. for use in new and print media.
• Prepare layouts, designs, artwork and formats for use in online broadcast,
publications and/or exhibition display
KPI 2: Photo Taking
• Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
KPI 3: Data Management
• Develop and manage the internal multimedia library to ensure raw and edited videos,
audios and photos are safely stored in PIT cloud platforms and hard ware facilities
• Manage the distribution of materials in accordance with relevant policies.
• Archive photographic images and maintain database
• Manage updates and further develop internal records and databases, ensuring
information is accurate, organized and available for others to access.
KPI 4: Ensure child protection policies are adhered to
• Ensure that child sponsorship information and photos are accessed only by
authorized personnel
• Ensure that Sponsors understand and signs the child protection policy in advance
before they visit the sponsored children
• Report all unannounced sponsor visits though required channels of reporting
• Ensure that all involved in sponsorship work are aware of child protection and sign
child protection policy
• Ensure that communications items are 100% screened to protect sponsors and
sponsored children
KPI 5: Security and Upholding Plan Values
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and policies as determined by country
leadership.
• Proactively ensure that sponsorship team members at PA operate in a secure
environment.
• Create and sustain a work environment of mutual respect where sponsorship team
members at PA strive to achieve excellence.
• Be champion of Plan values and ensure all sponsorship team members at PA walk
the values
• Shows respect for and sensitivity to cultural, gender and religious diversity.
KPI 6: Compliance to the Global Polices
• Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for safeguarding children and young
people and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEIP) are fully embedded in accordance
with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation
Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes,
but is not limited to, ensuring Plan and Partner’s staff and associates are aware of
and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International’s
Code of Conduct (CoC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are
reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Required experience and Qualifications
• A degree in mass communications, ICT studies, Digital Media Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• At least three years of practical experience in INGO or private sectors
• Excellent demonstrated experience in graphic design.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
• Good understanding with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
• Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to take high quality photos
• Understand how professional cameras works
• Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
