JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice on safari options.
• Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to booking.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and submit client contracts.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
• Address and resolve client concerns before and during their trip.
• Provide regular sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, or German are a plus).
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in email, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• In-depth knowledge of East African safari destinations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Education in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage but not required.
• Personal travel experience in Africa is a bonus.
