Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, including sales performance and pipeline analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document management.

General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
