JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Grow Medium Enterprise assets and liabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive ME loans (TZS 500M–3B) and deposits.
• Appraise credit applications and mentor staff.
• Monitor portfolio performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields; MBA an advantage.
• 5 years’ experience in Business Banking, including 3 years in leadership.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
