Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve their performance.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products/services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.

General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
