JOB DETAILS:

The Authority with the ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management systems, is hereby seeking for a relevant qualified and highly motivated persons to fill the following vacancies available in her manning bevel for unspecified terms of employment

Scope of the position:
The holder of this position attends to customers in the field in accordance with a given work schedule provided by the Assistant Customer service Officer. The outputs of this position are therefore reflected in the quality of customer care provided directly to the Authority’s customers in the field.
Working relationship: Reports to the Assistant Customer Service Officer

Key duties and responsibilities

• Attends to specific customer issues and problems in the field in accordance with the work schedules prepared by the Assistant Customer Service Officer;
• Collects information on the status of customer services in the Authority and appraises the Assistant Customer Services Officer on issues and incidents that have a bearing on customer services;
• Attends ta technical faults in the services network in accordance with the work schedule provided by the Assistant Customer Services Officer;
• Performs such other related duties as may be assigned by the Assistant Customer Services Officer from time to time
  

Qualifications
The applicant of this position must have the following:

• Farm IV/VI Certificate with Trade Test Grade One/Laval III in Plumbing/Pipe Fittings/or any other relevant qualifications,
• Experience of at least one year working; in water sector.
• Knowledge of driving Motorcycle with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
