JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Maintain and support NMB’s working tools at Head Office and branches for optimal performance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily maintenance of branch tools (e.g., desktops, printers, ATMs).
• Update asset management databases and resolve support incidents.
• Supervise vendors during maintenance activities.
• Provide troubleshooting training to branch IT champions.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking IT systems support.
• Certification in IT systems (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) is an advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
