JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Entry Qualifications
• Certificate in Air Transport Management, Air Ticketing, or equivalent qualification from a recognized aviation institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure effective check-in and boarding of passengers.
• Handle baggage claims and tracing.
• Maintain records and reports on customer airline requirements.
• Manage authorized data processing and baggage control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
