What you’ll do

  • Oversee and manage the accounts payable processes, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and reconcile AP ledgers, ensuring that all payments are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of payment-related issues.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insights on cash flow and operational expenses.
  • Lead and guide the AP team to improve operational efficiency, ensuring best practices and compliance with financial policies.


What we’re looking for

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience using accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
