TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MAINLAND TANZANIA’S AND ZANZIBAR HIV RESPONSE SUSTAINABILITY ROADMAPS

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER HJFMRI/TZ/01/2024

HJF Medical Research International, Inc. Tanzania (HJFMRI-T) collaborates with the Tanzanian Ministry of Health (MoH) and the President’s Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG) to implement two HIV/AIDS programs in the Southern Highlands zone and within the selected 21 Tanzania Peoples Defense Forces (TPDF) health facilities in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar with funding from US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through the US Department of Defense / Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (DOD / WRAIR).

HJFMRI-T seeks to engage a reputable public health systems expert to coordinate the development of a sustainability roadmap for the national HIV & AIDS response for Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar. The task will involve putting forward mechanisms for strengthening health systems to support sustainable HIV responses, coordinating stakeholders to plan and successfully develop a comprehensive national HIV sustainability roadmap that outlines strategies for maintaining and advancing the HIV response beyond epidemic control, and ensure alignment with national and global HIV goals.

HJFMRI-T invites eligible consultants to submit technical and financial proposals for the above-mentioned consultancy assignment.

Note: Evaluation criteria will include but not limited to quality and responsiveness of the technical proposal, experience in similar assignments, price competitiveness, etc.
