JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Provide financial and administrative services to ensure effective and accurate operations within the Financial Control department.
Main Responsibilities:
• Verify invoices and staff claims for payment processing.
• Maintain registers for invoices, claims, and payment requests.
• Track invoice/payment movements via Service Manager Max/P2P system.
• Provide administrative support (e.g., stationery orders, meeting coordination).
• Assist in budget development and expense trend analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance administration.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting procedures, analytical, and computer skills.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
