Job Summary:
The Foreman/Tester oversees the service team, ensures quality control, and tests vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support service technicians.
• Conduct final inspections and test drives to verify repairs.
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications:
• Automotive technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
