Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling phone calls, managing reservations, and performing various clerical tasks. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills to manage administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
