JOB DETAILS:
Purpose:
Drive sales of insurance products to meet revenue goals.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee Life and General insurance business in the zone.
• Manage claims, renewals, and sales promotions.
• Build capacity of branch sales teams through coaching.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance Business, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Certification in risk management/insurance required for non-insurance degrees.
• 5 years’ experience in insurance business.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
