JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a full-time sales administrator to work within our new Microfinance company and our taxi operating company. The Microfinance company (Auto Vehicle Finance) works across a number of sectors with Employers, offering their staff employer guaranteed loans and taxi drivers who receive car finance loans. The taxi operating company (Young Drivers Company) works with Bolt and Uber drivers who seek to either own vehicles through car loans or self-employed taxi operations through advanced payment of their service charges.

You will be working under distant supervision to the directors of the two Companies. The work will involve approaching both employers and staff directly to sell loans to employees of participating companies. You will also work with our legal officer in the preparation of both MOU with employers and loan agreements with employees, necessary for the lending of employer guaranteed loans. You will review, collect and store all paperwork in electronic computerised folders (scanned) for the purpose of protecting Auto Vehicle Finance and Young Drivers Company in case of future litigation. You will maintain communications with both employers, employees and drivers in the form of emails, phone or in person as required for purpose of ensuring loans continue to be paid. You will have read-only access to our banking accounts to track the timely payments of all loans and develop a dashboard which keeps a record of all paid and non-paid loans each week or each month as required. You will create an alert system which allows directors to know payment status of each loan.

You will also work in the sister company, Young Drivers Company Ltd (10%) in keeping receipting records of both income and expenses.

You would need to be; a good communicator and motivator with experience in Sales and Computer literate including using Microsoft Excel and Emails.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (9 hours) Saturday 10am to 12pm.
You will have Bank holidays off.
Total leave days are 4 calendar weeks a year (Taken at a max of 2 calendar weeks at a time)
Salary ranges from: TZS 500,000 to TZS 700,000 per month (Net income).
