We hereby invite expression of interest from registered, approved and reputable companies to bid for;
• Tender for Supply of Motorcycle
How to Apply:
Interested, eligible bidders should request electronic tender document via email to tzao_tenders@wvi.org upon presentation of a request letter dully stating the company name and tender applied for and sending original Bank deposit slip for a non- refundable fee of Tsh. 50,000 (Tsh. Fifty Thousand only), deposited with our bank accounts details below; Account Name: World Vision Tanzania

The same email address will confirm receipt and send you the respective bid documents through Coupa Provision system within 48 hours. Upon sending your email indicate tender number and company name on the email subject.
Bids shall be submitted on or before 21st August, 2024 at 10: OOhrs. Bids sent after the closing date will not be Accepted as the system will automatically close and won’t allow for submission
Tenders will be opened immediately on the same bid closing day and time in the presence of bidders or representatives who wish to witness the opening via online platform ZOOM link that will be shared in your email prior opening time.
Note that WVT is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender. The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.
