JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
The Load Controller will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling the loading and unloading of cargo, baggage, and other items, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and airline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload baggage and cargo with care.
• Follow weight distribution and stacking guidelines.
• Operate loading equipment and ensure its proper functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and report damaged items.
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics.
Qualifications:
• Secondary school certificate (Form IV or equivalent).
• Prior experience in baggage handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
